Kenya Moore Starts Her New-Mom Days with This Healthy Breakfast at Home

Kenya Moore's go-to breakfast is healthy for sure — but not so easy to try at home!

Kenya Moore is in baby bliss with her new daughter, Brooklyn Doris Daly. But, when she's not changing diapers or singing lullabies, the new mom also finds time to whip up a quick, healthy breakfast at home — with a little flourish. 

On November 2, The Real Housewives of Atlanta pal took to Instagram to show off her plate of morning eats. The colorful plate held purple grapes, blueberries, a sliced pear, and banana bites. And for the pièce de résistance, the "twirl" queen served half of a grapefruit with a little flair. Kenya explained that she had brûléed the fruit — which generally requires a kitchen torch — because why have regular citrus when you can have it caramelized?
